Solid! Authentic Korean food! Tastes like home cooking because the aunties are in the back cooking up a storm.
This place really hits the spot if you're craving real Korean food. The dishes taste like something you'd get in Seoul—rich, comforting, and not too fancy. The side dishes came out fast, fresh, and the server stopped by and asking if we needed any refills for the side dishes too. The vibe is chill and the service was friendly. Nothing over-the-top, just good food done right. Definitely a place I’d go back to when I want a warm, satisfying meal.
I’ve been here many times and it never disappoints. Great variety of banchan. It’s all good, but my favorite thing on the menu is braised cod.
The place is run by Koreans which is a good sign that means the food is authentic. I ordered the kimbap to go and they took a little longer than I would have liked. People kept coming in and getting their food before me. I get that people who eat in get priority but it was just awkward having to sit there while everyone else ate around me. The lady was apologetic when she handed me my food. I have also eaten dine-in here and there same lady was very nice and attentive if we needed anything. So its a good place with a great menu.
Stopped by here from LAX craving Korean food and was very impressed. This place has authentic, delicious Korean food, and their side dishes are amazing! We ordered their bossam combos with kimchi jjigae and soybean soup, which was a great value. Highly recommend!!
Ordered 3 combo specials, the (#55) bimbimbap with vegetable in a hot pot and LA Galbi, (#56) bimbimbap with vegetable in a hot pot and beef bulgogi, and (#64) grilled fish and kimchi stew. The bimbimbap was an ideal portion if you have an average appetite, delicious and served hot in clay pots. If you have a larger appetite, I would recommend adding other dishes. I would recommend filling up on all the banchan (side dishes) as there are a diverse amount of dishes served. The galbi was well seasoned and marinated with the right amount of chewiness. The bulgogi was a bit dry so add some of the optional spicy sauce to give it an extra kick. The location is moderately busy during lunch on weekends, parking is plenty in the plaza area. Service is really nice and quick.
Great service. Delicious food. Clean place. Fair prices.
Greta hole in the wall Korean restaurant, taste like what momma used to make. Friendly staff, great taste and price. I always order the pork ribs.
